Why Intensive
Two hours means we don’t have to stop when we’re just getting somewhere. We can follow a thread all the way through, sit in what’s difficult without the clock pulling us out, and do the kind of work that actually moves something.
Counselling Process: I take an Emotion-focused Trauma-informed approach. I use evidence-based interventions.
