Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MyNextSlot, operated by [PLACEHOLDER — legal entity name]("MyNextSlot", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in India.

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using MyNextSlot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms apply to providers — creators, coaches, consultants, and other professionals who use MyNextSlot to accept bookings from their customers. If you are a customer booking a session through a provider's booking page, your primary agreement is with the provider, not MyNextSlot.

To use MyNextSlot, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a legal resident or registered business entity in India
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with others

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@mynextslot.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

New accounts receive a 15-day free trial with full access to all MyNextSlot features. No credit card is required to start a trial.

At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using MyNextSlot. If you do not subscribe, your account will be paused — your data remains safe and accessible, but you will not be able to accept new bookings until you activate a subscription.

One free trial per person or entity. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent trial limitations is prohibited and may result in account termination.

All payments are processed by Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited). MyNextSlot does not store your card details. By subscribing, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service and privacy policy.

Accepted payment methods: UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and other methods supported by Razorpay.

In the event of a failed automatic renewal payment, we will notify you by email and attempt to collect payment. If payment is not received within 7 days of the renewal date, your account may be suspended.

MyNextSlot does not charge transaction fees on bookings made through your MyNextSlot booking page beyond your monthly subscription fee.

Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to MyNextSlot until the end of your current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time.

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at hello@mynextslot.com within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate.

Refunds for disputes arising out of transactions between you and your customers (e.g., a customer requesting a refund for a session) are your responsibility as the provider. MyNextSlot is not a party to those transactions.

You agree not to use MyNextSlot to:

• Engage in any unlawful activity or facilitate illegal services
• Send unsolicited communications (spam) to customers
• Impersonate another person or business
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt our systems or infrastructure
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or copy our platform or content
• Use MyNextSlot for services that are illegal in India or that violate any applicable law
• Abuse the free trial by creating multiple accounts

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

As a MyNextSlot provider, you are solely responsible for:

• Delivering the sessions and services you advertise to your customers
• Setting accurate pricing, availability, and session descriptions
• Handling disputes, refunds, and complaints from your customers
• Complying with all applicable laws, including consumer protection laws, GST obligations, and professional licensing requirements relevant to your services
• Obtaining appropriate consent from your customers for use of their personal data through MyNextSlot

MyNextSlot is a technology platform. We are not responsible for the quality, legality, or delivery of services provided by creators using our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, MyNextSlot and its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue, profits, or data arising from your use or inability to use the service
• Any disputes between you and your customers
• Third-party services (Razorpay, Google, Supabase) failures or outages

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of MyNextSlot will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyNextSlot, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

• Your use of MyNextSlot in violation of these Terms
• Your content or services offered through MyNextSlot
• Any dispute between you and a customer
• Your violation of any applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting hello@mynextslot.com and allowing 30 days for resolution.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice in your MyNextSlot dashboard at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of MyNextSlot after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
